No automated step authorises a payment, a refund or a payout. A person decides, every time.

Regulated judgements
Medical, legal and financial determinations are outside the platform. Where a vertical touches one, the path stops and routes to a qualified human.
Who is trustworthy
A provider is not admitted, suspended or verified by an automated verdict. Those decisions have a written policy and a named owner.

Any ranking you are shown can be opened. The reasons are recorded when the ranking is produced, so what you read afterwards is the actual basis for it.
